We ship using the DHL sustainability program (info: www.GoGreenPlus.de).
This ensures your package arrives reliably – and together we make a small contribution to environmental protection.

Delivery times

• Germany: generally 2–4 working days
• Austria: approx. 3–6 working days
• Switzerland: approx. 4–7 working days (plus potential customs processing time)
  

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are transparently displayed at checkout.

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional import duties or customs fees may apply, which are levied by the Swiss authorities.

After dispatch, you will automatically receive tracking information so you can see where your package is at any time.

We want you to be truly happy with your order. That's why we offer a 100-day return policy.

If you'd like to return something or withdraw from your contract, it's easy:

1. Send us an email at ciao@curio-studio.com
2. Please use “Return” or “Withdrawal” in the subject line
3. Include the following information in your email:
   
   • I/we (*) hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us (*) for the purchase of the following goods (*)
   • Ordered on (*) / received on (*)
   • Name of the buyer(s)
   • Address of the buyer(s)
   

As soon as we receive your email, we'll send you all further information on the return, including a return label.

Return shipping costs

We cover the cost of return shipping, so you don't pay any return postage if you withdraw or send items back within the 100 days.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible using the payment method you used for your order.
